Every employee at Shared Consulting goes thru a customer immersion training, ensuring they understand our customers business and have minimum ramp-up time on any assignment they get assigned, thereby maximizing value to customers right away. We invest in extra time (non-billable to our clients) at the beginning of any engagement, in ramping our resources on our client businesses.
On our larger engagements, our resources are aligned in Client Team Units (CTUs) to ensure dedicated resources - who understand our clients’ business, prioritize client requests and cross support / train other team members. Each CTU gets oversight from a program lead who ensures resources are rightly utilized and are delivering value to our clients. The CTU setup can be on-premise or remote based on our client requirements.
One of our key value props is the ease of engagement and transparency. Unlike many consulting engagements, we offer capacity quality services to our clients. To as low as 4 hours, clients can buy any capacity in hours they need and get their work done. Clients also have the opportunity to engage with a basket of services (across different offerings), based on their needs.
